Hardwired Consulting was brought in to build a solid technical foundation for Rideline Power Bikes. Our goal was to move them away from disorganized systems and set up a professional, "hardwired" business infrastructure.
Phase 01
Project Planning
Developed a 16-week project roadmap for Rideline Power Bikes to keep the project on track. This plan ensured that hardware orders, software setups, and the final web build all happened in the right order to meet the graduation deadline.

- Managed a $81,735.61 hardware budget, picking Dell and Square systems for their reliability and long-term support.
- Used identical hardware across the facility to make maintenance easier and ensure any employee can use any station.
- Chose ruggedized terminal nodes for the warehouse areas to handle the dust and high-intensity use of a bike manufacturing floor.

- Moved old, disconnected data into a unified Cloud POS and Accounting system for better transparency.
- Switched variable software costs to predictable monthly subscriptions, making the project budget much easier to manage.
- Linked the front-end retail site to the back-end warehouse stock so inventory updates automatically with every sale.
Phase 04
View Proposal Network Infrastructure
- Set up VLANS to separate warehouse, office, and guest traffic, ensuring the network stays secure and lag-free for critical tasks.
- Installed high-density access points so mobile inventory scanners stay connected in every corner of the facility, even in high-interference zones.
- Built in hardware redundancies to ensure 99.9% uptime, protecting the business from costly downtime during peak manufacturing hours.

- Built a custom system that pulls raw sales data into clean visuals, removing the need for manual updates and keeping the numbers accurate.
- Set up "Quantity on Hand" tracking so the team can see exactly what’s in stock and which categories are driving the most value.
- Integrated performance charts to monitor revenue by employee and region, making it easy to see where the business is growing.
- Drafted a clear Acceptable Use Policy to ensure staff use AI tools safely while protecting sensitive company data.
- Authored step-by-step user manuals and technical guides to help the Rideline team manage the new infrastructure independently.
- Conducted hands-on walkthroughs to bridge the gap between the new software tools and daily warehouse operations.
- Implemented basic security protocols to reduce human error and ensure long term data integrity across the cloud ecosystem.
